If you upload a photograph of something that is not on your genitals then we will refund you the cost of the service after deduction of the £7.50 administrative charge.
What kind of camera can I use to take the photographs
Most digital cameras are able to take a picture of sufficient quality. if you are using the camera on a mobile telephone, you must make sure that the resolution is at least 3.0 megapixels.
What are the best kind of pictures to upload?
Check that the lump, bump, spot, blister or rash is in focus on the photographs you upload. Make sure that the photograph provides as much detail as possible of the area in question. Two pictures from a different angle or one close up and one slightly farther away will be helpful. Use good lighting and avoid using a flash.
Unsuitable patients
